Currently, Brian is managing the development of a commercial development in central Nanaimo that will include loft-style residential development on the second level.  This project has a key location and is in close proximity to many necessary amenities, including schools, shopping and the local hospital.

Brian has also successfully secured a redevelopment site in North Nanaimo, sought community approval and brought forward for City of Nanaimo council approval which is expected shortly.  This development will be comprised of a mix of residential and multi-family dwellings and is expected to boast 88 new housing opportunities in 2007.

Brian is also working closely with a development company to build new residential homes in the central Nanaimo area.  He has previously assisted this company with over 54 sales in both the residential and commercial real estate markets.

Respected by the construction industry, Brian is working with several contracting companies and marketing new construction sales in the North Nanaimo area as well as residential development near the Fairwinds Golf Course.

Previous Commercial Experience

Brian recently sold a 9 acre multi-family development property in North Nanaimo for over $2,000,000.  Previous sales include a 20,000 square foot industrial building for $1,115,000, a 1 acre parcel zoned C8 commercial for $960,000, and several industrial land parcels totaling over $1,000,000.  Brian also managed the sales of 12 units in Nanaimos premier light industrial centre.  A complete list of Brians commercial experience is available upon request.
