Easy Exit Listing Agreement

Brian & Myles McCullough hereby guarantee the homeowner/seller of this property that if anytime you are not completely satisfied with the services of Brian & Myles, you may cancel this Listing Agreement anytime prior to negotiating an offer on the property.

The only thing that we ask, in fairness to both parties, is that you personally discuss the issues with us and then give us 72 hours to rectify the issues to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied, your listing will then be released.
