I have recently been transferred from Victoria to Nanaimo and needed to purchase a home. I looked online and found a home that was we were interested in and emailed the realtor immediately. I had many questions and Myles McCullough was very quick to respond.

We set up a meeting approximately 2 weeks later to see the house and Myles was very prompt, which was very important to me as I was traveling from Victoria and only had the 1 day to look at home. Myles made a point of us seeing as many homes as we could in the time that we had. We again had many questions and Myles was very knowledgeable about the homes that we looked at. If he didnt know, he called someone right away and had an answer within minutes.

Myles pointed out all of the qualities the homes had, and that is what helped us to decide on what house to purchase. From that point on, we were dealing with Brian, and Brian is a master. He is very professional yet makes you feel very comfortable that you can contact him with any concerns that you might have. You might say that your concern becomes his concern, and he even follows it up until it is no longer anyones concern. You are able to contact him at any time, as he even gives you his cell # for a contact which was very important to me. He was constantly able to answer my questions.

We found everything that we required in a Realtor in Brian and Myles and would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends.
